The latest house release I’d most like to dance to this weekend is…

…’Time For Change’, from Manchester producer’s Tomson and Benedict’s début LP on the we_ctrl imprint.

The track’s surreal synths, driving hi hats and sampled recordings of a man with an important tone in his voice combine, telling you to get down and concentrate on the music. It’s perfect for those unapologetic house-head moments.

Working together for just under 5 years, the label founders have already made their impact on the Manchester scene via the Development club night and releases under Development Music, including former Gone Out favourite ‘Tap The Core’.

Influenced by house, techno and garage from New York, Chicago and Detroit, their musical experience shines through on this project. It also features ‘Automatism’ from Benedict and ‘Switch’, the collaboration between the two. Pick it up from Traxsource.com now.
